About

I’m a full-time wedding videographer, and father of two amazing kids.

My wedding videography journey began as far back as 2005, when a friend from college came up with the idea of shooting weddings as a means of funding our film-making aspirations. I was quickly hooked, formally establishing my own wedding video business two years later. From there it has grown into a full-time career. I really am so fortunate to be doing a job I love, and have so much gratitude to each and every client who has booked my services over the years.

Over time I have continued to learn and refine my skills whilst keeping faithful to my documentary approach to filming. I’m simply there to capture the day, not get in the way or dictate. The most important thing for me is that you and your wedding guests have a great time on the wedding day without intrusion or disruption.

My personal mindset is that of a minimalist, and I apply that to how I shoot and edit wedding films. On the wedding day I only bring with me one standard-sized backpack which has everything I need to cover the event professionally. In the bag there’s two cameras, two prime lenses, multiple audio recorders, batteries, a tripod and water & snacks. This small footprint is key to how I blend into the background throughout the wedding day.

It’s all about capturing emotions in intimate moments. I’m looking for the smiles, the nerves, the uncontrollable laughter, and the tears of joy. These are the elements that make each and every wedding unique.
